Our 19,000 square foot facility in Poole, Dorset has been purpose-built for professional coating and surface treatment work. Housing multiple climate-controlled spray booths, dedicated blasting rooms, powder coating bays and a quality inspection department, the facility is designed to handle projects of every kind — from one-off prototypes to high-volume production runs across a wide range of industries.
The scale of our operation means we can accommodate items from small precision components weighing just a few grams right up to large assemblies and structures up to 15 metres in length. Every area of the facility is optimised for workflow efficiency, quality control and the safe handling of specialist coatings and substrates.
The facility features 5-tonne overhead cranage for heavy and oversized components, a dedicated goods-in inspection area where all items are assessed before work begins, and controlled preparation zones for masking, filling and priming — ensuring every project starts from the best possible foundation.
