Every instrument in our quality inspection department is calibrated to traceable standards and checked against reference specimens on a documented schedule. This ensures that every thickness reading, adhesion result and environmental measurement we take is accurate, repeatable and defensible under the most demanding client audits.
Our in-house NACE and Icorr Level 3 certified inspectors use this equipment daily to verify coating systems against specification. From incoming substrate checks through to final dispatch, every recorded measurement feeds into a complete traceability pack that accompanies each job.

How Inspection Feeds Into Delivery
Inspection equipment is only as good as the system that surrounds it. Every measurement we take is logged against a unique job number, linked to the material batch used, the operator applying the coating and the environmental conditions at the time of application. This data is retained indefinitely and can be recalled at any time.
Our Level 3 certified inspectors work independently of the production team, providing impartial verification of every coating system before it leaves the facility. Non-conforming work is quarantined, investigated and rectified — with root cause analysis feeding back into our process controls to prevent recurrence.
On completion, clients receive a full certification pack including DFT readings, adhesion results, environmental logs and material traceability — giving complete confidence in the integrity of every coating we apply.
